14) You don't have an accountability partner? Me neither.
15) Do you want to come over and watch the Ten Commandments tonight?
16) Is it a sin that you stole my heart?

19) Do you believe in Divine appointment?
20) Have you ever tried praying at a drive-in movie before?
21) Excuse me, I believe one of your ribs belongs to me. <---Aww, now that's sweet ;)
22) My friend told me to come and meet you, he said that you are a really nice person. I think you know him. Jesus, yeah, that's hisname.
23) You know they say that you have never really dated, until you have dated a Christian.

The 'W' in Christmas.
Last year, I vowed to make Christmas a calm and peaceful experience.
I cut back on nonessential obligations--extensive card writing, endless baking, decorating, and even overspending. Yet still, I found myself exhausted, unable to appreciate the precious family moments, and of course, the true meaning of Christmas.
My son, Nicholas, was in kindergarten. It was an exciting season for a six year old. For weeks, he'd been memorizing songs for his school's "Winter Pageant." I didn't have the heart to tell him I'd be working the night of the production.
Unwilling to miss his shining moment, I spoke with his teacher.
She assured me there'd be a dress rehearsal the morning of the presentation. All parents unable to attend that evening were welcome to come then.
Fortunately, Nicholas seemed happy with the compromise.
So, the morning of the dress rehearsal, I filed in ten minutes early, found a spot on the cafeteria floor and sat down. Around the room, I saw several other parents quietly scampering to their seats.
As I waited, the students were led into the room. Each class, accompanied by their teacher, sat cross-legged on the floor. Then, each group, one by one, rose to perform their song. Because the public school system had long stopped referring to the holiday as "Christmas", I didn't expect anything other than fun, commercial entertainment -- songs of reindeer, Santa Claus, snowflakes and good cheer.
So, when my son's class rose to sing, "Christmas Love," I was slightly taken aback by its bold title.
Nicholas was aglow, as were all of his classmates, adorned in fuzzy mittens, red sweaters, and bright snowcaps upon their heads.
Those in the front row--center stage--held up large letters, one by one, to spell out the title of the song. As the class would sing "C is for Christmas", a child would hold up the letter C. Then, "H is for Happy," and on and on, until each child holding up his portion had presented the complete message, "Christmas Love."
The performance was going smoothly, until suddenly, we all noticed her; a small, quiet, girl in the front row holding the letter "M" upside down--totally unaware her letter "M" appeared as a "W".
The audience of 1st through 6th graders snickered at this little one's mistake. But she had no idea they were laughing at her, so she stood tall, proudly holding her "W".
Although many teachers tried to shush the children, the laughter continued until the last letter was raised, and we all saw it together.
A hush came over the audience and eyes began to widen.
In that instant, we understood the reason we were there; why we celebrated the holiday in the first place; why, even in the chaos, there was a purpose for our festivities.
For when the last letter was held high, the message read loud and clear: "CHRISTWAS LOVE"
And He still is.

Hello :)
Hi Everyone!! I hope you all have been having a fabulous holiday season so far! :)
I have really been neglecting my blog the past few weeks.. there's just so much going on during the holiday season, but I love every minute of it! And it's finally gotten cold again here in South Florida- yay! It feels so nice out there! Gotta love that :)
Anyway, here are some photos of a couple of planes I was asked to photograph. It was soo much fun sticking half of my body out the window to get the shot! The wind was so intense my lower lip kept flapping against my teeth! lol!! So Enjoy :)

Happy Thanksgiving!
I am soo excited! I love Thanksgiving because I love it when the family gets together for food & laughter! And I really enjoy cooking (notice I didn't say 'love', lol!) so that's what I need to get back to. I did some of the cooking last night because this party is supposed to get started at 1 p.m. and there was no way I could get done all I needed to before that time. So anyway, I just wanted to wish everyone a Happy Thanksgiving! Remember what it's all about ;)

An afternoon at the FOCC :)
Yesterday the kids had fun at the Florida Oceanographic Coastal Center. It was a cute little place to see & learn about salt water animals. Feeding the stingrays was my fav part! I was scared (no, really?!) but I tried it anyway of course!! haha! Saltwater creatures are the coolest by far. Enjoy the pics! :)
Just in case you're wondering, I had to put their stickers on their backs so they wouldn't try to peel them off... and you had to have your sticker as proof that you paid the entrance fee.. well, I did have the receipt also, lol :)

DSG photo shoot
Hi everyone :) I hope all you Floridians are enjoying the BEAUTIFUL (south) Florida weather that we've had lately. It's gorgeous out there! :)
Anyway, here are photos of two aspiring artists, who call themselves DSG (down south girls). They will be performing at the South Florida Fair! For those of you out-of-towner's, it's Palm Beach County’s largest and oldest outdoor event. Keep an eye out for them! :) They wanted some shots for advertising purposes.

Waterspouts!!
Waterspouts are tornadoes over water, for those of you that may not know ;) And these are compliments of all the nasty weather we've been having lately. Actually, I shouldn't say "nasty" because I love the rain! :) but it may be nasty to some ;)
Before coming home yesterday, Moises caught these forming over Lake Okeechobee. He saw a total of 3! Pretty intense! Good thing it's only over water! :)
